Richard
Groulx
President and CEO
Richard founded Vision Circuit Technologies after working more
than 20 years in the PCB Design industry for Nortel Networks.
He has worked in Mechanical design, Software Development and
support as well as PCB Layout design. During that time he worked
with several CAD softwares such as UniCad, Cadence, Viewlogic,
Catia, PADS and Mentor Graphics. While in PCB layout design he
captured first prize in the PCB/MCM Design Excellence award in
the category of high-speed designs. Rick has also provided CAD
training in western Canada, the US, Ireland and England.
His current responsibilities include Financial planning, corporate
growth strategies and Business Structure Development. |

Fabien
Lavallée
Chief Operating Officer
Fabien
is Vision Circuits' Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible
for all operational issues related to customers' projects, managing
the company's operational staff, and interfacing with customers.
With over ten years experience with VCT, Fabien has designed
extremely dense boards, radio frequency circuits, and many high-speed
designs. As part of his management responsibilities, Fabien not
only worked on getting Vision Circuits ISO 9001:2000 certified,
but also serves as the company’s Quality Representative.
Fabien is currently acquiring a Bachelor of Psychology
from the University of Quebec. |

Daniel
Groulx
Chief Technology Officer
With
over ten years experience with Vision Circuit Technologies,
Daniel Groulx is not only a Lead Designer, but also provides the
company with critical direction in the selection, implementation,
and management of technology and software. His experience with
numerous CAD tools, such as Allegro, Unicad, OrCAD Capture, Concept,
Specctra, and Valor is invaluable in selecting the best tool for
the project. Additionally, his skills and knowledge are critical
to training VCT’s other designers. Dan has experience with
RF, Analogue, Digital and High Speed designs, many of them with
tight critical placement / critical routing requirements and numerous
layers; some as high as twenty-two layers. Dan has completed courses
in numerous CAD tools and management.
