Two New IPC Graduates
We are very pleased to announce that Boyko Antonov and Eric Harper are the most recent graduates from IPC's Designer Certification Program. They now carry the distinction of being Certified IPC Designers and join three others in Vision Circuits who carry this distinction. What this means to our customers is a better informed staff who are able to provide more advice on how to layout Printed Circuit Boards to maximize yield, improved performance, and increased reliability. Vision Circuits Celebrates 10 Years in Business
While many companies have failed during the turbulent economic cycle of the high tech industry, Vision Circuit Technologies is proudly celebrating ten years of continuous prosperous times. Peaking in 2001, VCT went through a downsizing as the numbers of high tech companies dwindled and Research and Development expenditures were drastically reduced by those who continued operations. Today, however, VCT is on an upswing not only because of a small turnaround in the industry and the devotion of our valued customers to VCT, but also because of strong Marketing and Sales efforts to expand the customer and geographic base.

In its history, VCT has provided services to over fifty (50) companies throughout North America. These companies have spanned a number of industries, including defense, telecommunications, semiconductor, and optical networking, to name a few.
As VCT enters its 11th year of operations, we thank all those companies and individuals who have used and continue to use our services. We also look forward to providing superior services to many more new companies.

ISO 9001:2000 Certification
On December 2nd, 2003 Vision Circuit Technologies received its ISO 9001:2000 Certification. The process of achieving Certification began almost a year ago. We are proud to say that the company was certified at the first and only audit. Today, Vision Circuit Technologies continues to rigorously adhere to the ISO standards.
